Al Bajo Fam - Holiday home near the beach

Pets allowed! Book your holiday rental in this beach apartment with terrace, air conditioning/heating and parking. Located in a residential complex with a communal swimming pool just 150 metres from El Playazo. If you prefer the low season, there are special offers for long stays!



Maximum capacity for 4 adults + 1 child. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with bunk beds + 1 small bed only suitable for a small child). It also has 1 full bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with Smart TV and a terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors.



Enjoy the facilities of Residencial Alborada (textile), with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle court, children's playground and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.



Spend your holidays in Vera Playa, an ideal destination that gives you the opportunity to visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.



IMPORTANT: A reasonable electricity consumption of up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In the case of a discounted monthly rental, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet is accepted per booking. Young groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

Una semana estupenda

La verdad es que a mi pareja y a mi nos ha gustado todo. El bajo tiene una decoración muy bonita. La terraza una goza y aun mas poder acceder a la piscina desde esta. Tiene todo lo necesario. En cuanto a los alrededores genial. Buscábamos algo tranquilo. Y como hacemos deporte, teníamos un paseo por la playa bonito y zona verdes para entrenar al aire libre. los horarios de entrada un poco tardíos.

Gepflegte Anlage mit der Nähe zum Strand. Die geräumige Tiefgarage. Die TV-Sender wieder so einstellen, wie sie im Frühjahr waren, bevor der Fernsehtechniker Herr Ponce kam und alles durcheinander brachte.

Muy adecuado para familias buscando tranquilidad.

El recinto muy bien cuidado y piscina muy bonita. Casa cómoda y eficiente. Hace falta algo más de información personalizada antes de la entrada , poca información de donde está el lugar sólo lo conocí al detalle un día antes cuando mandaron plano de ubicación. Lo cual te deja un poco descolocado cuando buscas lugares de ocio cercanos y hay que buscarlos al llegar. Gracias

Un fabuloso apartamento en una urbanización estupenda.

Mucho la urbanización y el servicio de mantenimiento. La tención ha sido muy buena. Sin duda que ha sido una muy grata experiencia. Hacer saber al Ayutamiento de Villaricos que un megafestival como es el "Dreambeach" que dura cuatro días, genera no pocas molestias por ruidos diurnos y nocturnos, a los residentes. Esto para nosotros fue una sorpresa poco agradable.....
