Amazing Location
The apartment is in a great location with a gate that leads directly onto the beach at Vera Playa. It is very close to restaurants and supermarket and provides a great location to explore other places such as Mojacar, Villaricos and San Juan. The complex is well laid out and relatively well maintained. The real highlight of this apartment is the roof terrace, which is large and fully furnished. It provides acccess to the sun throughout the full day. The apartment itself was suitable for 2-3 people although it has 7 beds but only one bathroom. Well furnished throughout but the bathroom is a little tired. Great apartment and location is visiting Vera Playa. The staff at the IMO office were excellent and extremely helpful and I would use them again, as we have previously - in 2024 and 2025.
The air conditioning was insufficient and made no real difference to the temperature inside the apartment. The ceiling fans do a decent job but in the height of summer the AC needs to be better. Also, 2 of the 3 swimming pools within the complex were closed for the 2 weeks we were there. One pool was being refurbished and the other appeared to be closed for no reason. Noise from the pool construction was a little irritating at times.
