Beautiful house with private pool and terrace
Viña-Chica:
Wonderful house with a private pool and barbecue area, surrounded by countryside and very close to the village of Nigüelas. It is located in the heart of nature, and after a short and easy walk, you will reach the beautiful village of Nigüelas, where you can enjoy tapas or have some dishes and experience the great atmosphere there.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and a third loft-style bedroom with three single beds, 2 ensuite bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
Additionally, when the booking is for 8-9 or 10-11 people, 1 or 2 apartments will be added, respectively. Each of them has a bedroom and a bathroom. If the booking is for 7 people or less, the apartments will remain closed. Private pool available in the summer months (Please ask for opening and closing dates).
Parties or celebrations are not allowed without the owner’s consent.
Firewood can be supplied during the winter months, but it is not included in the rental price (on request).
