Double storey holiday home located in the town of Orgiva, province of Granada, Andalucia.

On the ground floor, you will find an independent kitchen, provided with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and glass-ceramic, and a fireplace-equipped dining-living room with TV and AC. Moreover, there is a huge bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower, which is also adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The first floor has three bedrooms, one with two single beds each and the other two with one double bed each, in addition to a second bathroom with shower.

The holiday home is also provided with an extra space, where two double bedrooms can be found, every one of which has an en-suite with shower. This way, up to 12 people can relax in this holiday home.

To open the fifth bedroom (which includes one bathroom with a shower) costs the same as renting the house for 10 people. To open the fifth and sixth bedroom, and the two bathrooms with shower of the extra space, costs the same as renting the house for 12 people.

The 10.000 m2 garden that surrounds the house, is filled with olive trees, orange and lemon trees. There you can also find a fenced private pool, which stays open from May 1st to September 30th. Moreover, in the outdoor area, you will find a fantastic barbecue area, where you can prepare delicious food and enjoy your holidays together with your beloved ones.

The access to the house ends with a 300-meter-long lane.
