A Premier Oceanfront Resort at the NJ Shore-Minutes from Historic Cape May. Peace and tranquility can be yours when you relax on one of the two private balconies of this beautiful ocean-view condo on the 4th floor of the South Beach Building. Or, if you prefer, sit poolside with family and friends and enjoy all of the beautiful surroundings this resort has to offer. You will, no doubt, enjoy the good food and excellent service from the Seapointe Village Beach Food Hut, where everything is cooked to order, ready for pick-up at a specified time, or delivered to you poolside if you prefer. Wildwood is known for its wide, sandy beaches, and Seapointe's alluring private beach is second to none on the Jersey Shore.

Resort Amenities Include: Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Volleyball Courts, Pickleball Courts, a Bocce Court, a Playground, fitness rooms, snack machines, soda/water machines, beach grills, a kid's playroom, and evening firepits. All four pools have something unique to offer -- the beachfront pool features gentle waterfalls, a water curtain, interactive fountains, and misting stations; the Center Court pool offers interactive water fun and relaxing spas. Nice Accommodations in Wildwood

This is the first time renting a condo. Much more space and comfort than renting a hotel room. Would rent this property again if available next year

Family vacation

I stayed at seapointe village this past week and had a wonderful time. The village is really well maintained and geared towards families with young kids. The pools are great and the beach is stunning. I would certainly come back again. The apparent was great too - had everything we needed to enjoy it.

Our family had a great time. Great location! Loved. having the beach right there and then could go to the pool for a swim. You could bbq- also close to restaurants and Cape May. Maria was a great host. Very responsive and informative, would stay again.

Beach vacation

This was our third time in Seapointe Village; we really like the resorty feel of the complex and the Diamond beach. The condo itself is close to the beach and has all needed amenities. The only comment i would make is that the cleanness of the condo was below what i would expect especially during the COVID pandemic. Overall, we had a great family time. I would come back.

We have just come down for the first time on Saturday, August 22, and couldn’t agree with you more regarding the less than stellar cleanliness of the condo. The maid service has since been dismissed and a new, professional cleaning service has been engaged, for the remainder of 2020 and for next season (summer 2021). We are sorry for your negative experience and rest assured the issue has been dealt with. My only regret is that I could not have taken care of the situation earlier because you were the first guest to bring this to our attention.

A relaxing time

The apartment is very comfortable and the location is fabulous. My family loved the pools and the beach access. The apartment was clean, well maintained and had pretty much everything you need to have a great stay. Only downsides were the place could use a more comprehensive "things to know for your stay" guide (e.g., here is a map of the property, here are the places you will need tags, if you want to get food delivered here is what to do, etc.) and the smaller bedroom is a bit cramped. But overall, a very nice place.

Absolutely wonderful time!

We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the beach, the variety of pools available as well as walking distance to places dine. The property was lovely decorated and clean. The only note: it will be great to add the blanket to the smaller bedroom. I am not a big fan of using thin bed covers when sleeping. It's just my preference. I definitely will be back.

Awesome Accommodations and Responsive Manager

My family and I stay in Wildwood Crest at a motel a year ago for our daughters dance competition. The place was small, difficult parking, refrigerator that didn’t work and spoiled our food and so on. So when we heard we were going back this year for the same competition we immediately started looking for alternative accommodations. This is when we found Maria’s condo at Sea Pointe Village on VRBO. It was our first experience with renting through VRBO and not a hotel so we were a little nervous. But everything worked out flawlessly. Maria contacted us right away, provided great detailed information and met every date that was promoised. The location was just beautiful, the condo was HUGE, it was very clean and just felt comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the place, the pools, the beach access and just the overall home like feeling. We would not hesitate to stay here again - A++

Something for everyone

This Seapointe Village property comes with access to four pools and hot tubs. Each pool has it’s own benefits. There were tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and fire pits. Many gas grills and easy access to the beach. You can rent beach equipment, if you bring your own I highly recommend getting a wagon designed for the sand. This unit was situated at the farthest building with a great view of the courtyard and a side view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean and spacious. Close enough to all the boardwalk action (short drive away) but far enough away Wildwood Crest feels like a tranquil neighborhood. Very family friendly property.

Convenient, well maintained, clean unit walking distance to the beach. We were at the beach eight straight days. We spent some time in the heated pool, hot tub. Dined at night in beautiful Cape May. Ice cream & miniature golf at Starlux. It could not have been better!

We have been vacationing in Wildwood Crest all of our lives.

My family has been vacationing at Seapointe Village since it was built in 1989. We look forward to our yearly family vacation trips to Wildwood which remain a wonderful tradition that continues to this day.

We still look forward to spending as much family time as possible there; all the while soaking up the sun during the day, and looking for the next new 5-star restaurant at night. We love the amenities at Seapointe and the choice of activities is endless. We can usually be found playing beach volleyball, bocce, tennis, or just going for a long walk or jog along Wildwood's beautiful white sandy beaches. Wildwood's night life also offers some very enjoyable entertainment, including food festivals, Friday night fireworks, and free concerts on the beach just about every night.

Why they chose this property

This particular property was purchased as a family vacation spot. We look forward to spending as much time as possible here. However, jobs and other responsibilities and commitments have made it increasingly more difficult to take advantage of our beautiful oasis.

What makes this property unique

There is truly no other vacation spot on the Jersey shore quite like Seapointe Village. This resort-like property is very unique, offering many amenities which have not been duplicated elsewhere along the Jersey shore. The peaceful waves of the ocean can be seen from the balcony, and the gorgeous colors of the sky during sunsets can be seen from several areas, all contributing to a feeling of wellness and relaxation in a beautiful, comfortable home-like setting; not just a hotel room.
