Unique two-storey penthouse, designed by a famous architect and painter. Decorated with style and love, combining cozy wooden floors and a fireplace with all modern amenities. Spacious rooms with lots of light. Three bedrooms, each one a unique masterpiece with natural wooden floors and ceilings. Two sun-bathed terraces. Wooden staircase to the upper floor where the second and third bedroom, bathroom, and terrace are located. The apartment encompasses the top two floors (3rd & 4th) of a family building and is accessible via staircase (no lift).
