Great location. Good communication with host including fast responses to questions however some questions were asked multiple times (e.g. checkout time). Villa worked well for us as a couple, was as advertised and would work well for small family, but could use a little tlc as decoration is looking tired, garden needed weeding and pool steps were wobbly
