Luxury Private Villa with Heated Pool

A private luxury villa situated in the exclusive district of Montana Roja, Villa "Casa Mañana" has breathtaking views of Montana Roja". It is just 10 minutes walk to the child-friendly beach of Playa Flamingo and not much further from the centre of Playa Blanca where you will be spoilt for shops, cafes and restaurants. It has a large living area with two leather sofas, contemporary furniture, TV with full sky package including English tv channels sky sports and movies . There is a Bluetooth speaker which can be taken outside so you can play your own music round the pool. For families with babies/young children there is a highchair, cot, pack and play . There is a large all-year-round heated private swimming pool. Casa Mañana boasts a large sun terrace which is totally private as surrounded by 9ft walls, which easily caters for a minimum of 6 sunbeds. There is a traditional brick built BBQ in a Canarian style for those who like the odd steak or two and the villa has a small, well maintained garden, planted with traditional Canarian plants. Enjoy "al-fresco" dining in all weathers on our covered terrace.
A private driveway allows access to the villa where you can park right outside the front door .

What can I say, we have stayed in alot of places, but this is really just like home from home.Lovely well equipped kitchen, obviously kept any spices and oils which others had left rather than throwing away which whilst great for the planet, always makes for a great place to cook as you dont have to buy everything from scratch. So many plates abd cooking equipment (not just 6 if everything ) soo perfect for a normal household. Bedrooms and lounge all really nice. Garden and pool area amazing, cover kept pool at the perfect temperature so kids were in it all the timePlenty if towels provided Communication was perfect with Jeff checking in with us so we know he available which was perfect. Lovely holiday had by allFully recommend and w will be back

A great stay at villa manana. From the moment we booked Jeff couldn’t have been more helpful with recommendations on the best way to get from the airport, places to eat, places to walk, places to shop etc. The property was excellent. Spacious and secluded

Well-equipped spacious kitchen, inside and outside dining areas. Lovely private and secluded pool and lounging area. Comfortable bed, great shower. Owner was very helpful in providing information on where to go beforehand. We really enjoyed staying in Casa Mañana.

Peaceful Holiday

We had a very peaceful and relaxing week at Villa Mañana. There were no other residents nearby so it was lovely and quiet. Very near a bus stop and able to walk down to the town and beach, although we did have a car that we travelled around the island to explore.

We are a family of 5 and throughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is great, close to bars, restaurants and small supermarket. Other amenities are within a short walk, however taxi service is reliable and cheap. Jeff was very quick to respond to any messages and super helpful with our check in and check out procedures. The villa itself is amazing, it has everything you need for your holiday. The pool area is lovely and the pool is a very good size for swimming. Overall it’s 5 starts from us, we all had an amazing time. I can highly recommend this Villa.

We arrived early and the villa was cleaned early for us so we didn't have to wait. Very clean and tidy, peaceful area and very close to restaurants and the beach! Would definitely stop again and recommend to others!

Amazing villa & owner!

Fantastic villa , very clean and tidy and well equipped. Pool was amazing , lovely and warm and a perfect sun trap. Ideal location , especially for the water park had a great day out. The owner Jeff was very helpful from the start even before booking, he goes above and beyond with his knowledge of the place . We celebrated two special birthdays and he sent us a lovely birthday cake. If you’re thinking about booking , as a family we definitely recommend.

We have stayed in many villas over the years and this one has to be the best one ever. The villa was immaculately clean, spacious, modern and all the furniture was new and very homely. The kitchen had everything we needed with a large spacious fridge freezer. The pool was lovely and clean and well kept. Many villas out there have cheap flimsy sun loungers. These were solid and robust and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The villa is set with no one overlooking you and there is ample space for lots of cars. There is a bus stop around the corner with a bus that goes into town and beyond every half an hour even on a sunday. Great location easy walk to shops and restaurants. So glad that we have booked to go again. !/10

A fantastic private villa

We had a very enjoyable holiday and honeymoon at Villa Manana. It was everything that we could have wished for. Well equipped, very private, lovely swimming pool and close to Playa Flamingo. The photos didn't to it justice. Would love to visit again. Jeff was the perfect host. Good communication and nothing was to much trouble.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to buy a second home in Playa Blanca as I loved holidaying there. I viewed various properties but fell in love with Casa Manana because of it's close location to the beach, shops and restaurants which was perfect for my young daughters.
But the biggest selling point was it's private pool and the open terrace for 'alfesco eating' which leads off from the lounge. Everything just ticked the boxes and the rest was history.
In 2004 I had the Canarian wall built up all round the pool and garden area so we have complete privacy and I added an all year round pool heater so even in the winter months the pool is around 28 - 30 degrees.
I like nothing more than sampling the many fantastic restaurants and even my daughters love the selection of fresh fish cooked with garlic.
