The space
The ground floor of the property includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a garden, and a living room, all open exclusively for guests. Separate meters are installed for the kitchen gas usage, and only the AC and geyser electricity charges need to be paid separately based on usage, while basic electricity, water, etc., are free to use.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. If there are fewer than 8 guests, rooms will be allocated based on 2 guests per room, and guests will only pay for the number of rooms booked. The remaining areas may be allocated to others. Please note that unmarried couples are not allowed as this is a residential property.

Please ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off before leaving the house. Treat the house as your own; any misuse will result in a penalty. Smoking, loud music, drinking, and parties are not permitted inside the property.

We offer homemade tea, coffee, sandwiches, Maggi, various shakes, fresh lime soda, popcorn, and healthy diet options like salads and oatmeal, available at economical rates as per the menu.

A caretaker or the host will be available to ensure a smooth check-in process. Room allocation will be as follows:
- 3 guests: One bathroom and two king-size beds (in two rooms, one with a wooden bifurcation).
- 4 guests: Two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
- 5 guests: Three bedrooms (including one with a wooden bifurcation) and two bathrooms.

If a bathroom is common, it will be accessible from both rooms. Alcohol, smoking, and parties are not allowed inside the house.
