Anastasia Villa - 2 Bedrooms & Private Heated Pool

INDOOR SPACES
The 90 sq. m. villa accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child, offering a comfortable and elegant stay. It features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds that can be seamlessly joined to form a king-size bed. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The fifth guest (child) can be accommodated in the living area on a comfortable sofa bed. The open-plan living space includes a spacious lounge and a fully equipped, well-organized kitchen with dining area. Large windows throughout the villa provide direct access to the pool area, enhancing the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Enjoy the beautifully designed outdoor living space, featuring a built-in barbecue under a shaded pergola, along with a spacious dining area—perfect for al fresco meals. The fully enclosed and thoughtfully arranged terrace offers comfort, privacy and ample space to relax. Additional facilities include a shaded parking area, while within the wider grounds guests can also enjoy a private basketball court.

PRIVATE POOL
A private heated pool with hydromassage function is complemented by sun loungers, parasols and outdoor beds—an ideal setting for sunbathing and relaxation.

ABOUT POOL HEATING
•The pool temperature can reach up to 26°C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
•The heating function is available during April, May, the early days of June, as well as mid-September, October and November.
•Please note that during periods of rain or lower night-time temperatures, the pool may not reach its maximum temperature.
•A pool cover is not available.

The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
