Fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor living room (garden), sea, garden and mountain views.Villa Clavero was built around an Andalusian courtyard, approximately at the end of the 19th century. The entrance to the courtyard is through wrought iron doors and the modernist mosaic floors in the entrance hall and first floor are original.Two avenues, El Paseo del Limonar and El Paseo de Miramar, have been in the heart of the best residential area of Málaga for 100 years. Hacienda Clavero is located on Ramos Carrión Street, which turns from Miramar to Santa Paula. There are wonderful views of the hills, the city and the Mediterranean. The city centre is 5 kms from the house and 3 minutes by car from the E15 motorway, Limonar exit. Málaga airport is 25 kms away, 15-20 minutes by car.The property has approximately 4,000 m2 of plot distributed between the house and its communal exteriors. mooie accommodatie

terras was zeer ruim, alles aanwezig en zeer netjes, mooie tuin met zwembad en buitenkeuken, de rust, snelle reactie bij vragen, gemakkelijk in -en uitchecken. Niet zo ver van de zee en het centrum.Veilig voor je fietsen en auto achter te laten. Zeer aan te raden !
