The location was very convenient and we enjoyed being away from the center of the city. We were still near many restaurants and a nice grocery market. We appreciated the 2 bedroom layout and the well appointed kitchen. The bathroom had lots of space to put things, so we didn't have to carry toiletries back and forth. The main issue was that, while there were air conditioners, as listed, they seemed to be throttled at about 85 degrees, so they weren't very useful. We actively used the fans provided, but it would have been helpful to have a third fan, so we didn't have to carry one from the bedroom into the living/dining room.

The location is great. Walking distance to vaporetto and major areas, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself, in terms of rooms/furniture, was comfortable, and it has great potential. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues in terms of cleanliness, AC equipment, and communication prior to check-in for which we provided private feedback for improvement. We were only in Venice for a couple of days and still had a great time. We hope they address those items for future guests. Had we not encountered any issues, this would’ve been a 5 star review. As noted, the apartment has great potential.

Klein aber fein im italienischen Kiez

Kleine Wohnung in typischen venezianischen Viertel - ab von den großen Touri-Burgen.Geschäfte, Verkehrsmittel, Park in kurzer Entfernung.Sehr ruhig. Keine zusätzlichen Kosten ! Einlaß über Codeschloss zeitunabhängig !
