Havasu snowbird getaway on quiet North end of town
A cute little 2 bedroom/2 bath unit for a nice winter getaway. House has everything you need to enjoy your time in Lake Havasu City.
Amenities include: Air Conditioning and heating, water softener, R.O. drinking water in kitchen, washer and dryer, full kitchen (you provide food), dedicated master bathroom, queen bed in master, dual twins in 2nd bedroom, iron and ironing board, BBQ grill on patio, 47" LCD, Roku Streaming Device, Digital Antenna, wifi and internet. Garage has limited use due to stored vehicle. Driveway is large enough to accommodate guests if needed. RV parking (no hookups) available in rear of property if needed.
The North end of town is quiet but not far from restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions (including the London Bridge).
Neighbors in adjoining unit are very quiet. Unit #102 is on the right.
Looking for 3-4 month rental period, dates and rates are flexible depending on total time, message for more info.

We are Rusty and Helen and are happy to share our little slice of heaven in Lake Havasu City with you. This is our summer getaway but in the winter we are busy camping and riding dirt bikes so we offer our place to you.
Why they chose this property
MY wife and I decided to purchase this property after more than 20 years of visiting Lake Havasu in the summer. Since we don't visit this area in the Winter we decided to share our love for this town with you!
