We absolutely loved this penthouse, views were incredible, walking to all the restaurants and attractions was easy. Parking was easily accessible, property was clean and equipped with everything we need for a lovely stay!Thank you Fiona for being a wonderful host

Fiona’s apartment was the perfect place to stay near the city center but without the noise/crowds. Great attention to detail, the view from the balconies was unbeatable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was fully equipped with a full size fridge. We had lots of room to relax and enjoy. Fiona was very responsive and provided us with several good restaurant options. The apartment was an easy/affordable tram ride from the airport. We will definitely come back for a visit . Thank you Fiona for sharing this wonderful place.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The host was so helpful and organized. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It made a great home base for a few days in Edinburgh for a family trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Incredible! Great Place!

This place was even better than the pictures. Fiona have great instructions and the location was perfect. This place was the biggest reason our trip to Edinburgh for the first time was perfect.

The Penthouse was exactly as described and more! The view was spectacular and the accommodations were perfect for us and very clean. Fiona was awesome with all her information and answered all our questions with details. The location was perfect for us. It was a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Apartment

Excellent location close to the tram line with easy access to all of Edinburgh’s highlights. Great views from the balcony for a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day and some lovely personal touches from the host such as a nice box of shortbread on arrival. Looking forward to the next visit!

Lovely stay

The flat was very clean and comfortable The building was very quiet too. Kitchen was well stocked, nice touches like some essentials in the fridge for when we arrived. Our host was very communicative and easy to work with. Probably the best guest info book I've seen with clear instructions and helpful tips. We had a truly lovely stay.

Well appointed with amazing natural light throughout. Washing machine is excellent and spins clothes dryer than most actual dryers. Location is fantastic - walkable to everything. Appreciated the parking availability as well.

As noted in my review, this is a very nice penthouse in a nice location. We were 5 adults and the 3 bathrooms definitely were a plus. The owner was soooo helpful to us both arriving and leaving. So impressed with the space and views from this apartment. Fiona was very responsive to any questions we had. Restaurants and shops were a short walk. And sleeping at night was so comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!
