We are excited to offer our luxury 4-floor, 3-bedroom house (w/ attic) that sleeps 8. After months of preparation, we hope you love it as much as we do.
Enjoy a private lift from the garage to all floors, private parking for 2 cars, and an 8-minute stroll to the Beach and next to Fairmont La Hacienda Resort (100 m).
Just a couple of km from Sotogrande, next to the Links Golf. Choose from 4 large pools and enjoy stunning views of Gibraltar and the African coastline. Perfect for a memorable getaway.
The space
After months of preparation, we are thrilled to welcome guests to our home! We want as many people as possible to enjoy the comfort and beauty of Marina 16.

Welcome to Marina 16, a stylish and comfortable coastal home offering breathtaking views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the African skyline, overlooking a golf course and the vast sea. This spacious house is ideal for relaxation and recreation, perfectly situated next to two golf courses (overlooking one of them) and just a short walk to the beach and local amenities. The beach is 300 meters away, about an 8-minute walk. Guests can choose from four large swimming pools, each with lifeguards during the summer months.

Four Floors with Private Elevator: Our private lift ensures easy access for all guests, including those with mobility challenges. It connects the underground parking to the attic, making it convenient to move between floors. For those who prefer, there are stairs available as well. The attic terrace features a BBQ, seating for 8, and a chill-out area perfect for drinks.
