This place is small, but has everything you need. A washer (no dryer, need to hang things), a dishwasher, bathroom, kitchen, fridge, bed, hair dryer, iron, coffee, juicer. It's a bit small so perfect for a single person or a couple. We had babies and it felt cramped with three suitcases. It's about a 13 min walk from the nearest subway station. It's 2 min away from a grocery store with everything you need (but it is closed on Sundays in case you land on a Sunday). It's not really THAT close to Madrid (door to door probably 30 - 40min by public transportation... About 25min by taxi). But very close to the Chinatown. It's clean, lots of parks nearby, and a bit out of the way.

La casa es muy acogedora, pero el tema de limpieza en mi opinión escasea. Para tres personas solo había toallas para dos, y sábanas para el sofá cama no había. Está bien ubicado con muchos servicios a la vuelta de la esquina como (Mercadona, farmacia, restaurantes,…) El contacto con el dueño muy rápido y correcto, al final añado estos detalles porque siempre podemos mejorar
