BEWARE!! You need to SKIP THIS ONE. Host cancelled and hour and a half AFTER check in time. I reached out asking for check in instructions to be told the “unit has water damage”. Never notified me in advance. Only after I messaged for to check-in and already in Miami leaving us with no place to stay. Interestingly the unit is still posted on the platform as available for rent (for now). DO NOT TRUST this host. My reservation was confirmed for over 3 months. The host told me to “cancel” (which I did not). That’s the scammy part. If I would have cancelled I would not have received a refund. Totally ghosted me once they realized I was not going to cancel. On another note. The VRBOcare team response was excellent. They handled the situation perfectly.

Not terrible, but also not the best experience

The place was clean and pretty nice but the internet didn’t work the whole first day. Also some random guy knocked on the door asking for money, saying that he was owed money by the owners. The host didn’t explain this and doesn’t reply to messages until much later.

awful experience, do not stay here

This was our worst Vrbo experience ever. the place was not the address given on Vrbo, it was a different building. The entrance process was a nightmare, the kaycafe machine did not work and it took forever to get our keyfob, and there was only one fob. The apartment had lots of bugs and the window handles were broken. Lacked basic amenities like sweetener, salt and pepper, but we left some there. Unresponsive property owners, rude and dismissive.
