We didnt stay long, it is a nice place, the neighboring area and homes are a bit sketchy. Trash in the alley and the gate was an offset, but all went well. I would stay again if needed.

Night before a Cruise

We were looking for a convenient place to spend the night prior to departing on a cruise. This home was near a vibrant downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was also convenient to the airport and the Port of Miami. The host was very helpful when we needed an earlier check in time. The home was clean and comfortable for 8 adults. The neighborhood was a little older, but I would stay here again.

Good for a crash pad

This is a much older house in an older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification. There is a lot of trash in the neighborhood and there lots of interesting people. However, the house is clean and adequate for a short stay. The hosts must have a problem with parties because they were very concerned and required to see my ID, requested credit card info, and demanded I sign an additional contract. I would not stay here for a vacation but it was perfect for a few hours so we could sleep and shower!

Great Place

We had to stay for one night before our flight, but the place was great, clean, enough beds, towels for everyone. Not too far from downtown. It’s not in the greatest neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Will stay there again. Thanks to the host out stay was lovely

Convenient location to Wynwood

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend. The location was very walkable to the Wynwood area, which made exploring and experience the nightlife easy. The rooms were big enough to house our group and also included an extra air mattress. A great options for groups looking to easily access the neighborhood.

Great Location for Wynwood

Clean, easy, and where we needed it. For atte ding a festival in Wynwood, it's great! Inside the property is nice, outside is not a destination. This property is for staying close to where you want to go. Its not a destination itself.

Exceeds Expectations

This was my first experience on any apps like this and it could not have gone smoother. Very helpful host with easy instructions and great communication. Very clean and comfortable and close by the kaseya center (stayed in Miami for a concert). Much roomier than expected. Highly recommend.

Great to stay prior to a cruise

My family loved the chickens. Everyone around the house was friendly. We ordered in for meals. No microwave. Instant coffee only. Beds were ok but more pillows would have been ideal. Overall i would recommend for an overnight stay.
