About this property

Casa Lynda - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Delightful updated and extended townhouse located close to main gate, spar supermarket, communal pool and a very short walk to town centre. Overlooking the 5th tee (par 3) and the middle terrace is a great golf viewing and sun bathing spot with direct access both from the en suite master bedroom and the first floor landing. The top terrace is a private sun trap and great for the evening sundown as well as soaking up the sun during the day. The two bathrooms are recently refurbished to a high standard. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped to fully self cater should you wish to but there are ample eateries on site if not.



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.



We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first class service to our guests and owners. Every year hundreds of owners and thousands of holiday makers trust us to deliver a great experience, regardless of which booking channel or tour operator they booked through. We have an office inside the resort itself where we are on hand to deal with any queries and assist with everything from charging your phone to printing tickets and providing recommendations. We are rated as "excellent" on Trustpilot and are preferred partners to all the major channels.



Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

Casa Lynda

Casa Lynda is absolutely one of the greatest properties we have been able to use during our 15 years at La Torre. Everything was in great condition, fresh, clean and carefully uppgraded. As we did not have a key to the second floor terrace-door, we had to pass the bedroom to enter the terrace. The only drawback with the appartment for us was the north facing location, not a lot of terrace-sun in october/november.
