Lovely 2 / 3 bed villa on La Torre with private pool and sun terrace, comes with aircon and with free Wi-Fi and BBQ for al fresco dining! There is a sun terrace on the roof for all day sun and a terrace downstairs with shade for dining. An additional bonus of this property is the glass curtains which allow for full or part glazing as required on the dining terrace.



The accommodation fully is equipped with: a private garden, sun terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch etc.)



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.



The resort also boost 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants so this resort is perfect for everyone!



The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property, should you fancy a change of scene. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.



The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.



Please note that the third bedroom has a ceiling fan rather than air conditioning.

Prooerty was good. Wished we had some outdoor furniture on the roof terrace as it would have been lovely to sit up there in the evenings. Outdoor space was limited, so it was good there was only two of us.

A spacious house, well equipped. No possibility to eat outside, a small table and chairs would be nice. The kettle and toaster could not be used.

We were not told about the repairs to the water system prior to arrival and the early morning wake up calls from the contractors. complained about the cockroaches in our bedroom and were told to spray around the building with a spray that we could buy from consume as it may help as the receptionist says they do it to their property every year? would of been nice for this to have been done prior to our arrival.kitchen much smaller than photo portrays . Pool was very clean and well kept although artificial grass needed attention. Beds in 2nd room only suitable for children and lack of aircon upstairs made area not usable. This is our first holiday in spain where we have been so disappointed in our villa and not wanting to return again. A few minor issues of leaking sink, washing machine not working were resolved quickly.

Hello Steven The water repairs you reported were not reported to use either, and unfortunately we cannot predict when emergency repairs will be required. This is clearly out fo the control of both the owner and agency. Regarding the reference to cockroach. In spain cockroaches are very common and they appear one at a time randomly. In the UK ypu would relate cockroaches to disgusting infestations and they are indeed unnaccepteable, but here they appear as beetles do. As our receoptionist told you, there are sprays available but simply removing a cockroach with an inverted glass is more practical. The resort drains are sprayed very frequestly but it is inevitable that ypu could see one iduring your stay anywhere here. Regarding the second bedroom. The property is advertised as a two bedroom property, even though it actually has three bedrooms. The reason is that the third bedroom is a loft extension. The second bedroom howwever is a full sized bedroom with two single beds as advertised and photographed. They are not childrens beds as you suggest. If you found single beds unnacceptable then you really should have booked a property with a different layout. I am glad you have taken the time to comment on the cleanliness of the pool, and the fast resolution to proplems, but I sorry that the sight of a cockroach and the presence of single beds as advertised have put you off coming to Spain again.
