Bring the whole family to this fantastic and stylish home just 4 minutes walk to Battersea Park.
Spread over three floors, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style and you can enjoy the luxury of a private garden. Ideal for families or groups, our well-appointed rooms and modern amenities ensure a memorable stay. Space:
With a private entryway you can enjoy exclusive access through a private hallway that leads into a generous double lounge area, complete with sofas, armchairs and a smart TV for your entertainment.
Through to the open-plan living space you have a spacious dining area which adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities perfect for gathering with the family or friends.
Up onto the first floor you have three comfortable bedrooms, which include a super king, a king and a double bed. There are also three full bathrooms for your convenience. Please note between the 1st and then the 2nd/3rd bedroom are an additional few steps.
An added bonus to this property is the private garden, perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding after a day in the city.

This is a 4 bedroom property however 1 bedroom will be locked and out of use
Interaction with guests:
Your host, Van Zyl, and his team have plenty of experience of welcoming guests into London properties. They will be on-hand upon your arrival to show you around, and will remain available throughout your stay, should you have any questions about the property. Please contact them via Airbnb in the first instance. Van Zyl has also produced a handy guide about things to do in London, a copy of which you can enjoy for free.
Other things to note:
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking
BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
