The apartment:



Located on the fourth floor, this welcoming apartment with capacity for 4 people, has a bedroom, living room, and a complete bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.



Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and various appliances.



The bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.



The apartment has a fully furnished terrace.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify with a maximum of 5 days' notice.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



Points to note:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the telephone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
