This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom lakefront home is a great place to relax and enjoy the lake with family and friends. It offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a living room with an amazing view of the lake through wall-to-wall glass! The large deck expands the width of the house and has plenty of seating, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a charcoal grill. An outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to relax at the end of the fun-filled day! The large master bedroom (king) has a private bathroom and a peaceful view of the lake. The second bedroom (queen) has a bathroom directly across the hallway. The third bedroom (2 twins) has it's own designated bathroom down the hallway. There is a laundry closet and plenty of beach towels.

The dock is on deep water and is the perfect place to just relax, swim, or fish for the big striper that our cove is known for!

Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the interstate, within 10 minutes to grocery stores, an ABC store, and restaurants. Within 20 minutes to the town of Anderson, only 20 minutes from Clemson University, 40 minutes to Greenville, 1 1/2 hours to Atlanta, and 45 minutes to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Great place for a Clemson football weekend

Everything was as advertised in the listing. A very comfortable home on a great setting on Lake Hartwell. Owner was very helpful with local info and the arrival/departure process was very easy. Our daughter and her college friends that spent a long weekend with us at the lake really enjoyed the dock and SUP. Would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again

Great little lake house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had a little bit of everything. The owner was a great communicator, and very easy to work with the details. The four of us were comfortable in the space. We would rent again.

Lovely Lake views

Great house for a weekend on the lake with family. Home is spacious and comfortable. It is very well stocked with supplies you normally don’t get at vacation rentals. I do recommend bringing your own life jackets if you’re doing water sports. We brought our inflatable kayak and standup board. We will definitely rent here again.

Excellent Rental

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect place for a getaway. We brought our boat and tied up to the dock. The firepit got used a bunch as did the charcoal weber grill. We would most definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation home and property!!

This property was everything we wanted and more! The house is beautiful and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the deck and the dock. The firepit was fantastic to have a fire on chilly days and spend the day reading around the fire. There is plenty of seating on the deck and an easy walkway down to the dock. The dock has lots of seating, a picnic table and even a tv which was great when our 2 yo was worn out from swimming! We put on some netflix and let him relax on the dock while we continued to fish and swim! The fishing was great from the dock. Jess and Greer were amazing to work with and were easy to reach if we had any issues! We cannot wait to rent this property again!!

Beautiful Lake Home!

My family loved our recent stay in this home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and easily met my need to cook a large Thanksgiving meal. However, what really sets the home apart of the wall of windows overlooking the lake. It feels like the outdoors is just an extension of the home. Great views and deep water. Our hosts were gracious, and even provided extra casserole dishes and a craving knife for the turkey. We ended the evening with hot chocolate around the fire pit. Quiet location yet not too far to major grocery stores. Wonderful lake home!

We bought this house because we love being on the water. Living in nearby Anderson, a house on Lake Hartwell gives us a convenient place to escape from reality. During the summer, we enjoy boating, water sports, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, hanging out on the dock and fishing. Our cove is known for great striper fishing! In the cooler months, we enjoy being on the deck, by the firepit, and going to some of the great nearby restaurants (Nami and The Galley).
