Borgo dei Trulli Fanelli

The "Borgo dei Trulli Fanelli" lodging facility features an enviable complex of trulli, divided into two distinct accommodation areas and consisting of six cones and three alcoves.

Recently renovated in accordance with the ancient traditions of the master trulli builders of yesteryear, the village is situated in an area rich in history and culture, amidst breathtaking landscapes of rolling hills dotted with farmhouses and agricultural estates where guests can savour traditional local products (Primitivo wine, mozzarella, caciocavallo, etc.).

Within the property, guests’ comfort and relaxation are ensured by the optimal layout of the interior spaces, where the local beauty of the stone barrel vaults—carved and squared to form small, cool, and welcoming rooms—takes centre stage.

The entrance to the village, marked by two small stone columns, leads after about 100 metres to the main trullo, from the centre of which—a delightful dining room—the other cones and alcoves radiate outward.
In addition to the central room, there is a sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a trullo with a fireplace, and finally a small sitting area adjacent to a small alcove with a barrel vault.

The “Borgo dei Trulli” is complemented by two additional conical structures (a bedroom and a bathroom) that form a separate and independent unit, though architecturally connected to the main group of trulli.

The “Borgo dei Trulli Fanelli” also boasts a well-equipped outdoor area, featuring a 40-square-meter retractable pool and two elegantly furnished verandas, as well as a bathroom area with various amenities, a shower, and a changing room.

The 4-hectare estate is characterised by centuries-old olive trees, cherry and almond trees, walnut and chestnut trees, and Mediterranean scrub trees and shrubs, creating a dreamlike setting.

Trullo No. 1 – The Heart of the Village
Comprising 4 cones and 3 alcoves, Trullo No. 1 is the main hub of the property and can accommodate up to 2 people.
The central cone houses a bright dining room, around which the other rooms are arranged:

A cosy bedroom, perfect for relaxing in an intimate atmosphere;

A living room where you can soak up the atmosphere of the trulli’s exposed stone;

A fully equipped kitchen for preparing local dishes;

An elegant bathroom, complete with all amenities.

Trullo No. 1 is reserved for guests at the time of standard booking for two people.

Trullo No. 2 – An Intimate Nest in Stone

Consisting of two cones, Trullo No. 2 is a small, private oasis that includes:

A double bedroom;

A private bathroom.

This second trullo is available for a third guest or upon request, offering flexibility and additional space for groups or families.

No additional guests beyond those who have booked may be accommodated.
Parties are not permitted.
A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 9:00 PM.
Minors must be under the continuous and constant supervision of their parents or guardians, who are solely responsible for their safety.
For safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations, it is strictly prohibited to light fire pits, fireplaces, and barbecues inside or outside the property.
