Great location and loved the pool! Travelled with two kids (ages 11 and 13) and they loved the location. Host was great and answered any questions timely. Would definitely book again!

Check in was easy. The pool was wonderful. Host was very easy to reach when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and a short 20-30 min drive to the Strip.

The owner was super responsive to our needs (couldn't figure out the TV and a couple of light bulbs were burned out on the front porch which made the entrance way lighting really dim for coming home late). The kitchen could use a few more supplies and the hot tub is 25/day to heat it which it didn't say in the description. The pool is great and gets a lot of sun. Easy check in and check out.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but, I would want to know before purchasing a vrbo. First, the pool was awesome, I give that a 10! We spent a lot of our time in the pool! When we arrived at the home, the first thing we had to do was clean. They need to look for a new cleaning company. The tables, counters, mirrors were dirty. I looked for cleaning cloths to start wiping things down, and there were none. It didn't even have bathroom hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels or cloths to clean. No paper towels, nothing. I messaged Anatoli the items we needed and he had Amazon deliver them right away. So the next hour my daughter and I cleaned, not how we wanted to start our vacation. When it was time to cook, the pots and pans were minimal, I had my daughter that lived in LV bring over pans to cook in. Then we loaded the dish washer only to find out, that didn't work. So a lot of my time was washing the dishes, as we were there to be with family for 4 days, to enjoy our family time. The couches were also dirty, the material of the couches should not be used in a vrbo home, I would definitely purchase new and spend the money for it to be durable and to be able to wipe it down for the next family. The home definitely has potential, but definitely needs a deep clean and some attention to it. I have vrbo multiple homes and this is the first bad review I have left. As I said, it definitely has potential, I hope Anatoli take my suggestions, he does have a nice home.

Unfortunately, this residence was in poor condition. The floors were covered in footprints, dust, and dirt. The furniture was beat up and in very poor, worn-down condition, and the couch looked like it was in a bachelor's pad for years, disgusting, and the pillows were dirty and stained. The beds had ants and bugs. The window was broken, and the pool was green with algae. The owner claimed the issues were caused by the wind, but this is not accurate. Two of my brothers, who are pool cleaners in Las Vegas, agreed that the pool chemicals were poorly maintained and it was not properly serviced. Although the owner was polite, it seems little has been done to bring the property up to acceptable standards for listing. Therefore, I strongly recommend not using this residence until ARBO conducts a thorough inspection to ensure its cleanliness and safety.

Great house

My family had a great time in this 3 bedroom large home. Highlights of the house is the the very large pool and hot tub which we enjoyed daily. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and close the the events we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Vegas.

The house was large enough for our group, only one challenge there wasn’t any trash bags, paper towels, or toilet paper to get us through the two nights. Overall a very comfortable place, owner was very responsive.

More than I expected.

This was my very first time using Vrbo. The vibe was everything we wanted plus more. The property was very clean. The pool was amazing and just the serene back yard and pool, we wanted for the 4th. My family came and swam and ate and we finished off the night relaxing in the jacuzzi and had a great night sleep. Anatoli was extremely nice and amazing. 1,000 Stars!! I will definitely be using Vrbo again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN VEGAS !

Overall great place to stay , the host was very responsive and friendly. He made sure we were taken care of and comfortable in his home . The pool is huge and great for the kids ! Just make sure you let him know in advance if you want it heated ! the house is as spotless with plenty of towels for showers and the pool We loved staying here and definitely plan on coming back ! Plenty of room

The house has plenty of room for everyone to sleep. If you are using the couches for extra beds, you will not be disappointed. Both are oversized. The location was great. Close to downtown and a easy highway drive to the strip. Host communication was prompt.

Straight forward, as expected

The pictures convey an accurate view of the property in North Las Vegas. It suited our requirements. Only downside is that the jacuzzi and pool were not available for maintenance reasons.

It was dirty. Articles of clothing and trash under the dresser in the master. Large amount of dust on the ceiling fan in the master that fell on my husband while sleeping. Very little kitchen supplies you couldn’t make any food. Ants were on the counters. Long black hairs in both showers.

Worst place to stay, appliances unusable, amenities in very bad or unworking condition.

Would not recommend. I paid a jacuzzi fee only to find that the jacuzzi was inoperable, not to mention the owner called daily trying to collect fees for heating it. Also, owner claimed to be unaware of pets on property even though we paid extra. Roaches were found in the home and owner claimed they came from outside. We've stayed at many places in Vegas but this was by far the worst experience.

Vegas Stay

House was not clean upon arrival. The dinner plates in the cabinet were not clean and the light fixture above the dining room table had dead bugs on it. We had to wipe down the oven top because it was greasy and the counter tops just so we could feel like we had a clean space. Coffee maker was inadequate for 6 adults for a 3 day weekend - it was a small 4 cup coffee maker. Hot tub was broken when we arrived and the owner was unable to fix it during our stay. A very small refund was given for the cleanliness issue and broken hot tub. Kitchen cabinets were messy with random clutter in some cupboards. Inadequate supply of dishes and drinking glasses in kitchen. Not well stocked at all and pots and pans were not desirable to cook in. In general the house was overall not clean and not up to very high standards we come to expect for a VRBO rental.

The main problem was the broken pool heater on the day of your arrival I tried to REPAIR the HEATER as quickly as possible I spent all 3 days near heater I agree you were upset and when I offered you a refund for a broken heater you started (to ask) and then to write not the truth in order to get some kind of return / refund, from/ for something else Thank you for your very detailed description in which 85 percent is not true
