Amazing stay at La Casita in Borrego Springs! The little cottage had beautiful, spanish style decor, and the host clearly put a lot of time into creating the perfect atmosphere for this desert retreat. It was exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful view of the stars and saw an amazing sunrise while we were there. The hot tub and the fire pit also made the evenings very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely return again.

Don't Let This One Go

So many details that made this an excellent stay: Three blocks from the highway, but extremely quiet, very short drive to town and any number of hiking trailheads, hot tub just a few feet from the front door, grill on the patio, wonderfully appointed on the inside, fantastic mattress, great hosts.

Perfect Location for Relaxation

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! Mariana has clearly put a lot of thought into the details—the space had everything we needed. It is close to town though which makes it easy to grab any forgotten items or pick up more firewood etc. We loved being able to stargaze at night while relaxing in the hot tub. We’re already hoping to return soon! One tip for future guests: make sure to download the check-in information beforehand, as there’s little to no cell service until you’re inside and connected to the Wi-Fi.
