Cozy apartment in the center of Courmayeur

This was the home of a great mountaineer who was deeply in love with the mountains. He used to spend a lot of time here with his wife, his children, and his grandchildren, both in winter and in summer. Every object and picture tells a story of travels, friendships, and adventures. He was also a passionate painter; the paintings in the house are landscapes of the valley that he painted himself.

The house features an entryway, a spacious living room with a dining table, two sofas, two armchairs, and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms—3 doubles and one quadruple—and two bathrooms. The apartment is very comfortable and child-friendly, making it ideal for both families and large groups. It faces both directions and offers a view of Col Checrouit.

The house is accessible by car, and there are free and paid parking spots on the street. During the holidays, it’s harder to find parking due to the high number of visitors.

During the Christmas/New Year’s holidays, reservations are only available for a minimum of 7 nights.
Parties are not allowed, and we kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment :)
