This was one of my the cleanest houses we have stayed in. The house has plenty of room and a great pool. If you want to stay close to Disney but away from the crowds, this is the place.

This property was a dream and the price made it even better, especially for it to be a holiday weekend. The host was very responsive. There was something for everyone here the kids, there was arcade games the guys, they had the pool table and the ladies, we had the hot tub. Overall we would definitely rent the property again if it is available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious. I don’t think that the photos do it justice. Even nicer in person. Had a few small issues and they were taken care of the same day. Only regret was not having enough days to enjoy the house more. When we weren’t at the beach or parks, our teens had a lot of fun in the pool and playing pool. I have to admit that the Mrs. PAC Man was my go to. Would definitely stay there again.

This 4 bed villa was amazing. Easy to get to, immaculate inside and out. Could not have asked for a better place to stay while we were in Florida for softball. Will definitely book this VRBO next year if available when we travel. Thank you Mervyn for being an extremely gracious host!!! You made everything so easy!!!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a few minor repairs that need attention, but the management company seems to be on top of the situation, and its obvious that a lot of restoration has already been done. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay, and would definitely book this home again in the near future...

Beautiful house with plenty of room for 6 people to spread out. The pool is fun and a nice size but we weren’t able to get the jacuzzi to heat up. No big deal because it’s Florida and hot enough. Everyone said their beds were super comfy and the pillows were awesome. The game room was in the garage which was fine but never really cooled off. A small portable air conditioning unit would make it much more enjoyable. However the teens still enjoyed it nightly once the temperature dropped. One thing we did miss were ceiling fans in the bed rooms but there was two box fans available for our use. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy travel to places in Orlando we wanted to visit you just have to plan for driving time. We weren’t there to visit Disney but did drive by it. It is probably about 30-45 minutes with traffic. The management was very easy to communicate with and always answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful, spacious property! Very clean and we had everything we needed. Do bring your only toiletries. The pool was nice and beneficial to have for the kids. Ceiling fans would’ve been good too, but would definitely book this place again!
