This stylishly decorated, 2 bedroom villa with a private pool is for you to enjoy a wonderful stay!
The villa is located at the end of a dead end street, between the Marina Rubicon and the center of Playa Blanca. (Costa Papagayo)

Discover the villa & the pool:
Next to the terrace is a beautiful swimming pool (enter with 3 steps/ladder) and a separate shallow / children's pool.
There is plenty of space to relax. There are sun beds, table with chairs and other cosy seating areas both in the sun and in the shade. And of course the stone built (coal) BBQ should not be missed. Everything surrounded by tropical palms and plants.

Casa del sol naciente is modern and stylishly decorated.
The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, TV with international channels, air conditioning and free Wifi.
The dining room has a large table with comfortable chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped. Complete with large fridge & freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, enough glasses, plates and cutlery.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom and bathroom.
This bedroom has 2 single beds and the ensuite bathroom provides a sink, bath with shower and toilet.

Upstairs:
You will find 1 bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, a bath, toilet and sink.
