Summary:
A super stylish, newly refurbished bungalow just 5 minutes walk from the bustling heart of artisan Frome. Fully equipped top of the range kitchen. Chic sitting room with comfortable seating and a 42 inch Sky TV. Conservatory/dining room with plush recliners for star gazing and dining for 6. Beds have quality mattresses, hotel linens and bath sheets. Sun trap garden with covered dining, sun loungers, swing chair and a summer house with exercise and picnic equipment. Plus parking for two cars!
The Space:
This stylish bungalow sits in the grounds of a Leaze House, a Georgian Manor built in 1800’s. The property has two private parking spaces. Inside you have two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and walk in shower. All beds have hotel quality linens and bath sheets. We provide quality toiletries for guests to use during their stay.
The newly refurbished, well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, full height fridge freezer, induction hob and oven. The lounge has comfortable sofas, blankets and Sky TV. The fully insulated bungalow is cool in summer and cosy in winter. The double doors from the lounge lead into a double-glazed sun/dining room, with garden views. The garden has covered dining and many seating options. Plus, gym equipment.
Guest Access:
The entire property is on one level, and is wheelchair accessible and suitable for guests with limited mobility. Accompanying guests are welcome to book three other properties within this complex, making it the perfect option for weddings and family trips. The whole property and garden is for guest use.

As the original Somerset Market Town, Frome hosts regular markets on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, along with 'The Frome Independent Market' on the first Sunday of each month from March to December. Excellent bus links connect to neighboring towns such as Glastonbury and Wells. Frequent busses to Bath and Trowbridge. The bus stops are along Vallis Road opposite the property and the two main bus stops in town outside Boots.
Other Things to Note:
We do have quiet hours between 8am and 10pm in respect of our neighbours.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
We can provide a travel cot and high-chair on request.
