The Space: This charming property, once a merchant’s home at the heart of Frome’s historic market district, has been lovingly renovated to welcome guests. While dedicated parking isn’t available, we provide local parking tips and paid spaces nearby. Full details will be sent upon booking, with unloading directly at the property.
Step inside to a stylish sitting room with ample seating for six, a large-screen TV with catch-up channels, and a log-burning stove for cooler months (logs available at the nearby Coop).
The spacious kitchen features modern amenities, including an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus plenty of cookware and dining essentials. The large dining table is set under layered lighting, perfect for meals together.
Beyond the kitchen is a covered utility space and a beautiful walled garden with seating, ideal for summer evenings.
Up the renovated curved staircase are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and modern fixtures. On the second floor, another bedroom with a desk and a small family bathroom with a bath/shower complete the space.
Guest Access: There is private street access to the property located on Catherine Street. The property doesn’t have dedicated parking but detailed information on where to park will be supplied on booking. The whole property is for guest use.

Other Things to Note: There is a step up into the property. There are two floors to the property with wide spiral wooden staircases with handrail. There are low ceilings in the bathroom on the top floor. We do have quiet hours between 10pm and 8am in respect of our neighbours.
