The apartment is located in a residential area 700 meters from the center and the sea. It is an apartment of 120 square meters habitable elevated on two levels. The sleeping area on the main level consists of two bedrooms, one double with 2 beds and one with a bunk bed + 1 single bed. The entrance overlooks the large living room, while the kitchen on the upper floor is accessible by an internal staircase. On the upper floor there is also a large terrace with sea and mountain views.
The property:
Each room has a private balcony. There is also a balcony that goes around the whole living room. The large upstairs terrace of 60 m2 is covered by a wooden pergola under which it is possible to eat in summer.
The host:
The host will be available all day for any information regarding the activities or places to visit in the surrounding area. It will also be available for any problems during your stay. Possibility to book breakfast for free in the morning.

Traum Urlaub in einer Traum-Wohnung / Dream vacation in a dream apartment

Aufenthalt: 2 Wochen Kontakt zum Vermieter war vom Anfang bis zum Ende vorbildlich. Lage: Ruhige Lage zwischen Hinterland und Strand. Entfernung zum Strand / Altstadt ca. 1000 m. Als besonderes Highlight stellt einem der Vermieter 2 Elektrofahrräder KOSTENFREI zur Verfügung. Mit Selbigen lässt sich die Umgebung und der Strand / Altstadt super erreichen. Strand: Schöner, langer Strand mit guter Infrastruktur ( Restaurants, Liegen/Schirmvermieter). Sand/Kieselstrand, für die Empfindlichen wären Badeschuhe von Vorteil. Reiner Sandstrand im 9 KM entfernten Porto San Giorgio vorhanden. Wohnung: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Selbst ein Smoothiemaker ist vorhanden. Internet ist sehr schnell und überall in den Bereichen der Wohnung verfügbar. Am Schreibtischbereich im Wohnzimmer ist per HDMI-Kabel eine Verbindung zum TV verfügbar. Streaming auf TV somit möglich. Wir haben mit dem Magenta TV - Stick deutsches TV-Programm empfangen. DAS Highlight der Wohnung ist die riesen Terrasse im Obergeschoss. Anschließend an die bestens ausgestattete Küche kann man hier alle gewünschten Mahlzeiten einnehmen, gesellig beisammen sein und den Ausblick im Hintergrund auf die Berge und Fermo sowie im Vordergrund auf das Mittelmeer genießen. Wir haben hier viele, glückliche Stunden verbracht. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Möglichkeit bei der Vermieterin ein original italienisches Essen zu buchen. Kosten etc. nach Absprache. Mülltrennung durch bereitgestellte Mülleimer im abgetrennten Bereich total easy. Elternschlafzimmer sehr geräumig und mit Klimaanlage versehen. Kinderzimmer sehr schön mit Stockbett. Bad, die Bilder sprechen für sich. Für diejenigen, die gerne auf viel Wäsche verzichten wollen, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Trocknungsgelegenheit auf dem Balkon vom KiZi in der Wohnung vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden vom Vermieter gestellt und wöchentlich gewechselt. Fazit: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !!!!! Stay: 2 weeks Contact with the owner was exemplary from start to finish. Location: Quiet location between the landscape and the beach. Distance to the beach / old town approx. 1000 m. As a special highlight, one of the owner provides 2 electric bicycles FREE OF CHARGE. With the same you can easily reach the area and the beach / old town. Beach: Nice, long beach with good infrastructure (restaurants, loungers / umbrella rental companies). Sand / pebble beach
