About this property
Stunning 5 Bed in the Centre of Bourton
The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 2 minute walk to to the heart of the stunning medieval village of Bourton-on-the-Water, but benefit from lots of privacy to recharge after a day of sight-seeing or walking.
The walks from the house are world-class and cater to all levels while the pubs and restaurants in the area are memorable.
The house has a large open-plan kitchen, diner, living room and snug with log burners.
The house has a very open plan feel with dark wooden floors and fabulous spaces to relax and entertain in. The property is very well lit and in an extremely safe and sought-after area.
The area is filled with traditional, welcoming pubs, restaurants and cafes which are open all year round.
There is a supermarket (Co-Op) and numerous convenience stores just 2 minute walk away in the village.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property.
The neighbourhood is filled with pleasant cottages, a nearby park and access to amazing walks along the River Windrush and beyond... your 'local' will be The Mousetrap Inn, less than 100m away which serves local beers and great food all year round.
Regular buses run to Cheltenham, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh etc.
Walking routes connect all the villages, with lovely country pubs en route.
We have a preference for families or mixed-sex groups that are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay vs those looking to use the space to party. We are a young family and this is our home so we expect guests to respect the property.
**Important:**
We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***
Please note:
You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Truvi via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.
