“Ocean Breeze” – This Beautiful Condominium Features an Ocean view, Protected Boat Slip, Tennis, Gym, and much, much more.

This 2 Bedroom condo at Bay Harbour sleeps 4 adults & two children 6 and under. Easy access to the Gulf or Ocean makes this the perfect home port for any fishing vacation. Bring your own boat or rent from any of the many boat rental companies in the area. If your vacation is more about relaxation, then kick back at one of the near-by beautiful sandy beaches.
Nested within the gated community of Bay Harbour luxury condominiums, this unit will provide the ultimate base camp for the family to wind down after a day of fishing.

Two large bedrooms with private bathrooms plus a sleeper-sofa with half bath can accommodate a family of six or two couples very comfortably. The living room has brand new island style furniture and a 65” LCD TV for those movie nights or football watching days!

The chef’s kitchen comes stocked with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, and even a vacuum-sealer for taking the fresh catch home. Fully stocked, you will enjoy your home prepared meals using new dishes, flatware, knives, pots and pans. And when you run out of clean clothes, launder them in the washer / dryer just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom enjoys the same spectacular ocean view as the living room. Open the large sliding glass door to the screened in lanai and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. A very comfortable king size bed and 45” LCD will make your nights very comfortable. Off the master bedroom is a custom master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double sink.

The second bedroom is perfect for another couple or children. Two twin beds, a 42” LCD and a full bathroom make it very private and comfortable.

Located within view from the unit, you have access to a protected boat slip with power and water. The location of this condo is perfect for boating. Easy access to the gulf and ocean make it ideal for back country or open water fishing or cruising. The harbor is also very well protected from wind making docking easy.

The amenities at Bay Harbour are plentiful. Lighted tennis courts, fitness center, BBQ grills, club house, and a large pool / hot tub provide many activities during your stay. You will also find a full assortment of beach chairs, tennis rackets, kids toys, water floaters, etc. for your personal pleasure.

Located in Lower Metecumbe Islamorada, the area offers many activities including boating, fishing, sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping, and area tours.

Great Location!

This was our second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. Condo is spacious enough to offer privacy for everyone in our party. The porch is a sunny warm place to read and play games. Located near plenty of restaurants and beaches (Anne’s Beach is a mike down the road), the condo is also a scenic short 1 hour and 1/2 drive to Key West.

We had a great trip!! The condo is nicely appointed, and the screened in balcony over looks the marina and boat slip. Our teenage boys fished daily - conveniently located with easy aceess to both the Atlantic and the Gulf. The condo grounds are beautiful - the pool and hot tub are great! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo

We were very happy with the condo, the entire complex and the location. Upon arrival, we were surprised by a very nice, large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The property manager was very helpful and always answered right away. Everyone we ran into was very friendly at the complex. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through, many beautiful homes. I would highly recommend this unit.

Islamorada is a beautiful key. Not much else to do here except to be out on the water fishing.

The property is in an upscale community and is very spacious and comfortable but the porch backed up to Route 1. We had beautiful sunrises looking through the electrical wires and traffic, a disappointment. The community pool was nice but very busy most days.

Great well-equipped condo with boat slip.

This was probably the most well-equipped condo we've ever stayed in. It was very clean, and we loved the beautiful pool steps away that even had chillers to keep the water at a perfect temp. The boat slip in the canal right in front of the condo was great for security and easy boating. The only thing we wish was different is to have a better view and less road noise from the balcony. Otherwise this was the perfect condo. Thank you Pat!

Great location!

We arrived in Florida on Easter Sunday and forgot that the grocery stores would be closed. Once we arrived at the condo, we found everything we needed to get through the first day and then some! Not only was there a big bowl of snacks but a bottle of wine waiting for us! The patio is very relaxing. We read and drank coffee in the morning and played board games in the evening. The condo is clean and spacious. Having two teenage boys with us, we had plenty of space and privacy. The surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful and if you like to take walks, this is your spot! Close to everything you would want in beautiful Islamorada!

Awesome spot in Isla Morada

Gated entry to the property. Nice pool, room overlooks the marina and across the highway, a good view of the ocean. View of ocean is somewhat obstructed by stacks of lobster traps, but not a big deal, really. The unit is nicely decorated and has ample kitchen supplies...pots, pans, dishes, blender, Keurig and standard drip pot, etc. Stocked with coffee, a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Three bathrooms, which was really nice. Parking is directly under the condo, which was super convenient. Soooo much to do in the local area and the keys, in general! I'd highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We had a absolutely perfect stay at this lovely, upscale condominium. It was so well taken care of on the outside and also the inside. The grounds were beautiful and everything was thoughtfully there for your use. There is a tennis court with pickle ball sets, grills, a workout room, and an ice freezer where you can purchase bags of ice. The unit was fully equipped with two coffee makers and a washer and dryer that all worked nicely and it was great to have these comforts to make you feel like home. Spent some time fishing off the dock and were absolutely amazed about all the tropical fish that we saw and ended up catching and releasing a few. The complex is a very tight knit group of regulars combined with renters, and everyone was so kind and lots of friends were made at the pool. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and it was great to walk around and look at all the pretty houses, Pat was super responsive and helpful with any and all questions. A perfect much needed getaway!

Pat and Judi are terrific host. Their condo is perfectly located in Islamorada with boat slips available for rent providing easy access to great snorkeling and reef fishing. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with all the necessities along with a screened in patio. The complex is in a well-kept gated community with a saltwater pool, weber propane grills, a fitness center, tennis courts, etc. There are many terrific restaurants nearby. We had an extraordinary vacation and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the great vacation!

Great Summer Trip!

The property is awesome—everything as advertised. It worked well for my husband and myself and our two kids. I loved that we didn’t have to share a bathroom with the kids! Beds were comfortable, big kitchen with everything you need. Having the washer and dryer inside the unit was wonderful. We don’t have a boat, but the boat slip being right there is a great addition for folks that do have one. We enjoyed seeing all the tropical fish around the slip—so pretty. We will definitely stay at this property again when we’re in town!
