ILLA 76 -Nice apartment with sea views, pool and near the beach of Calella

Cosy apartment with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, just a few minutes' walk from the marvellous beach of Calella de Palafrugell.



It is located in a very peaceful community with a large swimming pool and two smaller pools for children, a spacious and well-maintained garden, and a children's area with games and a football field.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace, you can directly access the community area with the swimming pools, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.



The spacious and bright living room, which can be accessed directly to the terrace, features a fireplace, television (smart TV without antenna), a comfortable sofa bed and dining table, all decorated with great taste creating a welcoming atmosphere so that the guest can enjoy their stay even more.



The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: cutlery, frying pans, crockery, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (a Nespresso and a traditional screw-top one), oven, dishwasher and washing machine.



There is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a built-in wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.



Parking space in the garage for one car included in the price.



Free Wi-Fi.



Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Llafranc located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc.



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Locatie top. Huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot zwembad. Niet verwarmd, dus voor begin oktober wel erg koud. . Waterkoker en een lakenpakket ontbrak bij aankomst en kwam pas een dag later. Huisje ligt aan een tuin. Erg mooi, maar ook heel veel muggen

L'appartement est idéalement situé ,tout proche d'une calanque magnifique. Il y a de superbes balades et randonnées à faire en partant à pied du logement. Nous avons passé 6 jours avec notre bébé d'un an et demi, le rez de chaussé, la terrasse et la taille de l'appartement étaient idéales. Tout est très bien équipé. Nous y étions hors saison et c'était très calme.
