Villa review

Overall the villa is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is actually to apartments with a shared access rather than a 6 bed roomed villa but this worked well for us.

Fabulous time at Casa Miguel

Five stars for an absolutely fantastic villa, the pool, outside space is amazing and I would highly recommend. We had an amazing holiday! I would point out that you need a car for supplies etc as there’s only a small shop in walking distance.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VILLA

We have stayed in Villa Casa Miguel and had a wonderful time. Everything is new and the pool is fantastic! A beautiful and well maintained garden makes the villa complete. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of cosy Spanish restaurants where you can eat delicious and affordable. We will definitely return to this fantastic villa.

Gem of a property

We stayed for 10 days at this gem of a property. Although it is set away from the main cities, it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. From a lovely open plan terrace, good sized pool to the bonus of aircon in every bedroom. The fortuna baths in the main town was a great find as well as the large pool at the top of the hill within the urbanizaciones. We had a lovely time, thank you.

This is a great villa with fantastic outside space, large pool and wonderful terrace. Inside was tired and could be improved, especially if you want to cook for a large group.Showers leaked badly, oven in downstairs kitchen was only a microwave, main oven was upstairs and it was tricky carrying hot food down to the tables. TV wasn't available (as per villa description) as it was on a magbox subscription, pool lights didn't work, downstairs bedrooms had a smell of dampness, pizza oven wasn't really a pizza oven (no flat base to cook pizza on!) BUT we did love the terrace and pool, the owners had provided lots of fun things to do - inflatables, great table tennis table, lots of books and games to play. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the outside kitchen was well set up, the BBQ was great and the oven too (but it's not a pizza oven!) Car parking was easy, we never had a problem with wifi, it was great. It's not overlooked and is really peaceful. We enjoyed being there! It's in the middle of nowhere but that's what we wanted. Great value for money!

What a great and nice villa

We have visited this great villa in august for a week with a group of 10 persons. The mansion is very nice and clean, you can clearly see that is renovated because everything is new. It’s very comfortable and offers everything you need. The best part of the house is the garden with the swimming pool. It’s spacious and very well kept. Very nice for the many sun hours you have in this area. The place is situated in a quiet neighborhood which makes it a very relaxing place to be. Nearby you’ll find lots of nice beaches and cities like Fortuna, Murcia and Alicante which you can easily reach by car. I would definitely recommend this villa for big groups (with children) and will certainly visit and book this villa again next year.

Lovely villa with amazing pool

We spent 2 weeks in this villa this summer. The pool is just amazing. 50m2 and deep enough for adults in one end and still the kids was able to stand in the other end. The Villa could be used as 2 separate apartments, which was great since we were 2 families travelling together. The second living room gave some privacy, although we did spend most of our time in the big living room downstairs. Gloria and Roger was super nice and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this villa to others. We have rented villas before but this was the most fresh one and also the nicest people to interact with. We had rain one day, but I can't blame the villa for that. :) /Helena

I really recommend this villa

What a wonderful villa. When I saw the pictures I was already excited. But in reality it is much more beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are good. There are two televisions in the villa which both feature many television channels. The garden is wonderful to stay in all day. The pool is large enough to swim with multiple people at the same time. We had diner in the outdoor kitchen what is really nice to do. Near the villa is much to do. There is a market on Saturday in Fortuna. There are a lot of shopping stores in the nearby villages. I found Benidorm very nice to shop. It wil take a 90-minute drive from the villa but it is well worth the effort. If you have any doubt to a stay at this villa then I would not hesitate. You certainly do not regret to go.

fabulous villa

Fourteen of us stayed at Casa Miguel , and may i first say thanks to Rob and Ellen . it was a real pleasure and very relaxing every one had a great time thank you for that, it nice that people can create and share beautiful villa like this good job. a nice large garden with a great size pool very clean and clear, and the house was well appointed very spacious and most important air conditioning throughout the house for those hot days and nights . Casa Miguel is located in a small urban settlement 10 minutes from from Fontuna a small town they have a market there on the weekend and a supermarket for top up shopping .nice for a wonder round also nearby they have an amazing spa well worth looking into very relaxing .further shopping outlets can be found 15 minutes from the villa on the way to Murcia both sides of the motorway, you can find everything you are looking for here especially for the big supermarket shopping . we did pop along to one of the recommended beaches about 1 hour away to breakup the routine that was a nice day out fun for everyone recommend that . we did not get much chance to try the local food as we had chefs within our group who love to cook , i must say with a pizza oven and a extra electric hob cooker outdoors good idea . we did go into Murcia town lots to see good shopping with some good restaurants worth a visit i am sure we could have got to see and do more i guess the game plan is relax do nothing and at Casa Miguel you can do just that i would just like to thank the owners once again for doing a good job and to there management on the ground BROSNAN & CHAN GROUP

Tres belle maison spacieuse et tres propre. Le quartier tres calme pour se reposer au bord de la piscine. Accueil tres sympathique avec Carole qui nous fait la remise des clefs A notre arrivée nous avions du café des bieres fraiches, du vins et des chips. Super pour se rafraichir.

Fabulous villa

If you want a peaceful pleasant stay in Spain this is the villa for you … everything you need is supplied for food preparation inside and out .. from the the barbecue to the bottle opener for your wine everything thing is thought of… the beds are really comfortable .. the swimming pools is great for a cool off after lounging on sun beds .. perfect stay in every way 😊..

Mega lækkert hus

Vi ankom til et smuk og rengjort hus og blev taget godt imod af Carole. Carole var super sød og hjalp med stort og småt. Huset var lige som vi havde forstillet os og som man ser på billederne. Vi var 9 voksne afsted og der var god plads til alle. Vi nød den dejlige terrasse og store pool. Huset har virkelig et godt udeområde. Vi fik spillet bordtennis, volley i poolen og slikket sol. 14 dage med skønt vejr. En dag var vi ude og river rafte ca. 45 minutters kørsel fra huset. Vi kan klart anbefale at man leje dette dejlige hus.

Week in dit huis, echt vakantie gevoel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Voor jong ( speelgoed voor binnen en buiten, etc ) en voor oud. Spellen, ping pong tafel, Bbq en ieder een eigen badkamer.

Una estancia genial!

La casa es genial para compartir unos días con amigos o familia. La atención de los encargados ha sido muy buena, resolviendo cualquier problema casi de inmediato. Lo mejor la parcela con piscina, barbacoa, solárium, ping-pong,... Por poner una pega, la localización, no hay mucho que ver por la zona.

Prachtig huis, heerlijke tuin met zwembad.

Mooi huis geschikt voor kleine en grote families. Wij waren er met 11 gezinsleden. Top geregeld. Fantastische tuin met zwembad. De huisbewaarders zijn schatten mensen en geven je tips over de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden.Murcia is echt een prachtig gebied. We hebben genoten! Groet Grada en Dirk

Een mooie en gezellige Villa

Voor mij was het de 2de keer in de villa. Wij waren met 9 personen. Iedereen had goed de ruimte. Vanaf het vliegveld Alicante ben je met de auto binnen ongeveer 40 minuten bij de villa. De villa ligt in een rustige wijk. Je hebt 2 parkeerplekken naasthet huis op het eigen terrein. Je hebt voldoende privacy. Vanaf de Villa kun je met de auto allerlei kanten op, o.a. naar Fortuna (op zaterdagochtend is daar markt), Murcia. Maar ook in de wijk zelf kun je wandelen. Ook ligt er een map met activiteiten wat je kunt doen. De villa zelf is ook voorzien van verschillende dingen, zoals een zwembad, buitenkeuken, wifi, bedjes bij het zwembad en een terrasverwarming. Binnen heeft de villa 2 keukens, verschillende badkamers en slaapkamers. De villa is goed onderhouden, ziet er schoon uit en heeft een gezellige inrichting. Ook op de fb pagina van de villa staan leuke foto's.

Heerlijk huis in prachtige tuin!

Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben en is erg goed onderhouden. De tuin is werkelijk prachtig en is een heerlijke plek om te relaxen. Wij hebben genoten van een week in dit fijne huis en komen zeker terug!
