We are located in the historic center of a charming medieval hill-top town, San Gimignano. The town is famous all over the world for the skyline of its medieval towers and is ideally located in the heart of the Chianti region. San Gimignano is surrounded by gorgeous countryside, with valleys and hills covered with vineyards, olive groves and woodland, yet Siena, Florence and all other major art cities of Tuscany are easily accessible thanks to the nearby road and rail links in Poggibonsi. We are located in the main street of the historic center of San Gimignano, inside the city walls. Just 50 meters from the San Matteo gate, the northern entrance gate of the town, a short walk to the beautiful squares of the medieval town and its imposing towers.

Most romantic town ever.

Our cosy little part of the palazzo was wonderful and our host sent us to an amazing array of restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent stay

A little hard to find, but once your there it could not be better. Marta and Bianca were more than helpful. Bianca even drove us to our car outside the wall and led us to the closest place to park. Best location in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot from which to explore Tuscany

The owners were wonderful, easy to talk to, recommendations for place to visit, good restaurants, parking ideas, cooking classes and anything else we wanted to know. The apartment was clean, comfortable. It was on the second floor (European first floor) so baggage had to be hauled - no elevators in this 500 year old building. :)

Super zentral und nostalgisch!

Unser Apartment war in der 2. Etage und über eine sehr enge Treppe zu erreichen. Das war vorher durch die Fotos und Beschreibung nicht klar zu erkennen bzw. beschrieben. Es war etwas mühsam unser Gepäck in die Wohnung zu tragen, wir haben 4 Nächte dort übernachtet. Trotzdem war es sehr schön und die kl. Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht gut englisch und gibt viele nützliche Tipps.

We are sorry about the stairs. Most buildings in San Gimignano are historical and most apartments have stairs. We however provide a luggage storage on the ground floor where our guests can leave some of their luggage if they don't need everything for their stay. We usually recommend it for only one night stays, but we provide it to everyone. We hope the suggestions have lived up to your expectations and they helped you enjoy your visit in San Gimignano at its fullest. It has been a pleasure to host you and we hope to see you again soon. Es war sehr schön...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu ideal, ruhig und zentral. Auch hat uns die stilgerechte Einrichtung der Wohnung ls auch des Hauses gut gefallen. Sehr freundliche Leute. Zu empfehlen.

Perfect place to stay in SAN Gimignano

We enjoyed our say in the palace. The room was magical and overlooking a courtyard only for guests. The breakfast was excellent and the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful with suggesting things to do and see as well as dining recommendations. The palace is in a great location with major attractions near by. We would definitely return.

It's a great place, highly recommended but there's 1 thing......

We loved our stay, our hosts were #1, regarding everything from places to see and places to dine. The parking is a bit far, but, manageable. The breakfast was wonderful and fresh - The property is beautiful. The only draw back for me was the lack of air-conditioning! it's a must when it's 36-38C+. While booking I made sure all our places had it, I missed this one. Other than the air conditioning, it's a jewel in the city.

Couzy little appartment with everything you will need

Just as described, the apartment is clean, with everything you need. Located on the second floor, with two windows that can be open, overlooking the patio which gives you a sense of privacy while also enjoying the outdoors. Their owners Marcia and Pierluigi Boldrini are so accommodating and helpful. Their restaurant and places to visit suggestions were a hit! Thank you Pierluigi and Marcia for making our stay so wonderful. We will be coming back.

Charming apartment, right in the center of this quaint town.

Host was informative and sent information and a map about how to best access the site. Friendly and warm reception with information about parking and best restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to this area, you will not be disappointed!! Home is historic and well kept. Host allowed us to store luggage for free while we visited the town on the day of check out.
