A spacious and comfortable 2bed/1.5 bath flat in an amazing location. Our flat is located right behind Holland Park tube station and within walking distance to Notting Hill and Shepherd's Bush Westfield.

The flat features a cosy living room where you can relax after a long day, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms, one family bathroom plus a shower room. We may also be able to offer a parking space for £20 per day.

Ideal for business travellers or a family of up to 5 people

In a block of flats in the heart of Holland Park, 2 mins from the tube and many shops and amenities, including plenty of bars and restaurants. The flat is very quiet and full of light and with great views. We have a small table just outside the flat so you can enjoy the views with your cup of coffee

The flat is spacious with a large and comfortable sofa where you can all relax and watch TV. It has a dining bar with stool and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom contains a superking bed and a large wardrobe, as well as an ensuite shower room. The other bedroom has a double bed and a desk. The family bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The apartment is fully equipped with all you may need to prepare your meals, fast internet, big tv, linen & towels, toiletries, hair dryer, washing machine.

The flat has a secured entrance, caretaker and lift.

We can offer you a parking space within the building for an additional 20 GBP per day (subject to availability). Spaces are limited as neighbours who regularly need it have priority. We cannot guarantee that there will be enough space so please advise in advance if you need parking.

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to a fully equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.

We will stay in touch with you before your stay and we will personally meet you for the check-in and provide you with a comprehensive house manual and some tips to make the most of the area and London.

We love traveling and we love making our guests make the most of what this wonderful city has to offer! As we will not be staying in the property, but we are just a call, email or a text away!

Holland Park is a wonderful neighbourhood, full of lovely coffee shops, restaurants, beautiful homes and outdoors activities. It is the perfect location to discover Notting Hill and West London. You might even spot some celebrities walking by!

CHECK IN from 3pm
CHECK OUT by 11am

We agree together your ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time allowing plenty of time for you to travel to the house.
We can always accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your check-in date and we will do our best to accommodate same day changes.
Please bear in mind that last minute changes or if you fail to let us know your arrival time has changed will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of hour past the agreed arrival time. Please call, text or email when you are about to leave the airport.

LATE/EARLY CHECK IN/OUT FEES
•If you wish to book a check-in from 8pm to 11pm, it will incur an extra £50 fee.
•If you wish to book a check-in from 11pm onwards, it will incur an extra £100.
•You can book an early check-in or late check-out at a fee (according to availability), please ask for a quote.
•You can also drop your bags at no extra charge from 11am to 2pm if agreed in advance.

Please let me know in your enquiry how many people and how many beds do you require so that we can get them ready for you. Please note we charge an additional £18 per night for infants (not currently being charged or added automatically by Airbnb).
