Baron Villa with Private Heated Pool on Mar Menor

Our 3.5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom baron villa with private pool on phase 3 in a quiet friendly street that can accommodate upto 8 people(see room description below). 
Its only 10 mins walk 2 mins in the car to the hotel complex and golf clubhouse. 
Also within 5 mins walk is the Club mmgr that has mini golf, padel courts, outdoor gym, communal pool and bar. Opposite this is the local Spar supermarket. A further 2 mins walk through the rear gates is the Boulevard with lots of bars and restaurants. 
 Our private pool can be heated at extra cost and a BBQ. 6 sun loungers a outside table with 6 seats and indoor table with 4 seats The villa also has air con and central heating, wifi and tv's with all your live uk and European tv, sports and movies. Bedroom 1. Double bed with master ensuite and double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2. 2x single beds with double wardrobe. Bedroom 3. 2x single beds with double wardrobe. Bedroom 4. This is on a mezzanine level on a 3rd floor of the villa with a double bed. Clothes storage would need to be used downstairs.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
