Villa Elodia with Pool & Garden in Heart of Crete

Villa Elodia is set in the heart of the Cretan countryside, with plenty of space for friends and family to unwind and enjoy a totally hassle free holiday! Our residence is a two floor lux villa offering six double bedrooms (three en-suite), two fully equipped kitchens with two dining & lounge areas plus private pool, kids playground and outdoor terraces! Situated 12 km from the nearest beach and 1 hour from Heraklion. Full Wifi coverage, a/c, washer, dishwasher, bbq, basketball hoop, ping-pong.

Our 285m2 villa spreads through two floors where it can accommodate up to 11 guests in 6 six bedrooms. In addition, 3 more guests can be accommodated, one on the single sofa bed located on the ground floor and the remaining two extra guests can be accommodated on two single sofa beds (2,00x1,00), located on the first floor living room.

On the ground floor, there is one living room (with 43’’ Smart TV ), fully equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace. There is also two twin bedroom with two single beds, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

The third twin bedroom offers two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined to form a king size bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and also a folding bed can be placed in this bedroom.

One the first floor there is one living room (with 43’’ Smart TV ), fully equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace. There is also one bedroom with one single bed (0.90x2.00) and an extra folding bed can be added.

There is two twin bedrooms with two single beds (0.90x2.00)that are joined to form a king size bed. The second bedroom has access to the balcony. A spacious bathroom with bathtub is available on this floor.

Additionally, the living room has two single sofa beds (2,00x1,00), so two more guests can be accommodated.

Last but not least, our residence boasts of outdoor spaces ideal for groups of friends, families and children! There is a 500m2 outdoor area with a 300m2 lawn covered area and a 24m2 private swimming pool.

There is a stone built BBQ (charcoal) and shaded dining area for your outdoor get togethers as well as sun loungers, parasols and a hammock for your relaxing moments.

Our villa is strategically located in the heart of central Crete and in between the two cities of Rethymno and Herakleion. Avdanites is a quiet and rural village with its central square and local cafe at 600m away. At the nearby villages of Perama and Panormo you can find a number of restaurants, supermarket, ATM, pharmacy and health center.

- On the day of your arrival during the winter season, the fireplace will be lit for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional firewood; you will need to purchase any extra wood at an additional cost.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
