Legacy Villas resort, ground-level 3 bedroom, 3-bath villa PERFECTLY LOCATED next to the beautiful blue Paseo fountain and a 90-second walk to the main pool & gym. The owners are hoteliers (including being GM of 5 luxury Starwood hotels) and have outfitted this villa like a LUXURY HOTEL including Frette duvets & rainfall showers! The lawn on 3 sides is a safety zone for families & children. Recently renovated, incl. 3 new TVs with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Kids items available for free upon request.

Our villa location can't be beat, and it is one of only two in the complex with grass on 3 sides. It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance.

We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa in each room for voice-controlled music & more.

One master studio has a luxurious king bed, the second master studio has a luxurious queen bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds in a bunk bed configuration. The bunk bed is a high-end, 100% immovable adult bunk with staircase to the top bunk and a high ceiling overhead (please see the pictures). The bunks have the same luxurious bedding as in the master studios.

The living room TV has a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone.

Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center.

We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay.

Legacy Villas is a high-class resort offering an amazing 12 heated salt water pools and spas, including a beach-entry pool and splash zone, plus a fitness center. Old Town La Quinta is very close, and there are many nearby retail outlets as well.

There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

Great Experience!

We loved our week in La Quinta and James' condo. The condo is huge and very nicely furnished (i.e., comfortable couch in living room, nice large dining table for meals and family game nights, and the beds were a dream). We cooked in for almost every meal and the kitchen was great -- everything we needed as far as pots and pans go and the wine glasses were really nice! Very close to a pool that was not busy at all and a hot tub so that was great -- also very close to the more populated but very pretty main pool and hot tub. Our family went to both pools/hot tubs every day and also at night for night swimming. Everyone agreed that the showers in the condo were a highlight -- complimentary shampoo and conditioner with body wash and also great water pressure and shower heads! The complex is beautiful and the location is superb tucked against the mountains and a short drive to Trader Joe's and restaurants. James was easy to work with from the first point of contact until just now when our security deposit was returned exactly when he told us it would be. We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. Thank you James!

Spacious, cozy, and calm. Great Getaway Location !

Loved staying at James and Tia's place in La Quinta. It was so easy to open the front doors with our personal access code. Upon entering we realized this place had a great vibe! It was grounding after a long drive and welcoming to us in every comfort. Baths, showers, large comfy beds, great kitchen, and plenty of common and personal space. Both the king suites are spacious and fit for ultimate relaxation. Super comfy beds we loved sleeping in, each with personal patios, Alexa the on demand music (wow Alexa is amazing at on demand voice activation!), oversized bathtubs, and big showers with luxurious body products. There were pools all over the grounds and running water in the myriad of fountains. We were lucky to enjoy the great La Quinta weather! Multiple dips in the various pools throughout the day as well as walks around the property, mesmerized by the gorgeous La Quinta mountain rocks were great highlights. Not to mention the great shopping and restaurants that we indulged in nearby ! We felt a hotel vibe with the close proximity to friends rooms, yet as comfy as a home with fire place, couches, TV's in each room, privacy, and plenty of outdoor space. Check in was so simple, the guards gave us a detailed map, parking permit and directions to the villa. As a side note, we love that every door had the same access code which came in handy when we were in and out of the house. Was a great stay, Looking forward to returning again soon ! Why they chose this property

We visited Legacy Villas with our family as guests during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. We couldn't believe how high quality the resort was and how perfect it was for families with children. We watched the listing eagerly for months, and then all of a sudden, the one that we said we would want above all others popped up from the original owners. Not surprisingly, there was a bidding war for this particular villa, but we think it's worth every dollar and then some.

What makes this property unique

Our villa's location on the Paseo at the end of the long blue fountain is absolutely incredible. It is one of only two villas in the resort that has grass on three sides, making it perfect for families with children. It also offers the perfect mix of privacy and proximity to the main pool & fitness center.
