The pace of life slows down here and your senses are stimulated by new sights, sounds, smells and experiences. La Quinta Cove is a unique, southwestern desert community. Quieter and more environmentally natural than other desert communities, you're in control, able to maximize every minute of your days and nights.

Modern, luxurious, relaxing, peaceful, colorful and fun southwestern Santa Fe-designed home, patio, pool and spa. Located in exclusive La Quinta Cove, one block away from the cherished, 20-acre Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve and Trail System (hiking, cycling, walking, sight-seeing, rock climbing, bird watching), short 15-minute walk to the fabled, 5-Star Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Hotel and Resort and its adjacent golf, tennis, spa, restaurant and retail facilities. 1.25 miles away minutes from "Old Town La Quinta," PGA West Golf and the La Quinta Civic Center. Touring Outside the Estate: Outside and upon entering the front gate, you're welcomed by exotic lighting, desert shrubs, cactus and succulents, sculptures, artwork and patio furnishings. 2-car automated garage door entry; adjoining RV pad includes hook-ups for water and electricity. Fully-furnished and equipped Casita features private entrance and parking.
Patio "Right" is the pool and spa area, as well as reclining lounges, chairs and tables. Patio "Left" is the fully covered and shaded outdoor "Great Room" featuring soft couches and chairs, fireplace, cable TV, ceiling fans, and BBQ.
Main Entrance to Great Room and Kitchen: entering the home, to the left is the modern kitchen with granite counters, colorful ceramic tile insets, outdoor views, appliances and warm and friendly artwork and furnishings. Straight ahead is the large, open, high-ceiling Great Room complete with two large couches and pillows, reclining chair, cable flat-screen TV and stereo sound system. Beautiful southwestern, Santa Fe-themed artwork, tile, rugs, sculptures and furnishings abound and complement the full-windowed view of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains range.
Living quarters: proceeding from the Great Room, an enclosed laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is on the left. On the right, is the Primary BR, complete with high ceilings, ceiling fans, fireplace, desk/workspace, cable flat screen TV, luxurious wooden furniture, french doors that open to the pool and patio and a full wall of windows providing the same view as the Great Room of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The Master BR and Bath have ample closet and cabinet space for clothes, shoes, blankets and more. The bright and airy Master Bath features skylights, tile floors, a large walk-in closet, step down shower, bath tub , and double-sink counters.
A second BR includes a double bed, desk/work space, flat screen TV, closet. It shares a full bath with the third bedroom, which includes twin beds, cable flat-screen TV and ample closet space.
An attached "Casita" that is included in the nightly rate completes the living quarters and features a private, gated entrance and parking. The bedroom includes a queen bed, high ceilings and dedicated air conditioning system and 3/4 bath. The kitchenette has a micro-wave oven, dishes, refrigerator and small stove.
Parking options include a two-car garage with ample storage space, driveway and street parking, and a pad for RV parking.
Please note, the house possesses a security recording system and motion activated outdoor lighting for when the house is vacant. It is disabled during the time when guests are present.
The City of La Quinta has received complaints about noise from short term rentals. We have very nice and helpful neighbors. We ask that all of our guests keep the noise down when outdoors so as not to disturb full time residents and not jeopardize the short term rental program in La Quinta. We request lights and noise be curtailed after 10 p.m. Many thanks in advance!
Please Note: All guests are required to sign a short term rental agreement. During concert series, the security deposit is $2500, otherwise it is $500. Parties or filming are not permitted. Any deposit is forfeited if any noise/police complaints, excess guests or illegal activities/smoking/drug use.

We're the proud parents of two boys, one a retired professional baseball player and now a successful entrepreneur, and the other a commercial real estate investment analyst and amateur golfer. That experience has allowed us to gradually become more familiar with and more invested in the beauty of the Cove and the surrounding area. We love the area's sports, nature and cultural resources.
