Hike, bike (rentals available), sledding (sleds available), snow shoe (2 sets available), cross country ski, fire pit all on the property. Nearby: WI river, ATV road usage, fishing, tubing, canoeing, water sports 10 min away. trout fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, wine tasting tours, historic towns and sights. The 2150 square foot home boasts a fireplace enhanced by a 2 story rock faced chimney, an expansive wrap-around porch, a master suite, and a generous great room. The acreage is mostly wooded with about 8 acres open.

We enjoyed every minute! The house is beautiful and in a very secluded area, which is amazing!! The yard was beautiful and we had several relaxing fires and really enjoyed the peaceful space. Perfect weather, cool in the mornings and evenings and warm during the day! Just what we all needed to unwind and recharge! Richland Center’s Meat Locker was close by and we got delicious steaks there! We hope to return soon!

Such a lovely spot away from the city with ample room for dogs to roam and crazy cool birdlife in the forest around the property. This was our second visit and we really enjoyed access to the Wisconsin River, the Frank Lloyd Wright Trail, and effigy mounds representing such an important part of life and history in the region.

The cabin itself is very nice and comfortable. It’s private and the views are beautiful. We would definitely stay again! The only minor issue was a lack of communication about when I would receive the door code and the email information about WiFi was different than the printed version.

Beautiful, secluded property with plenty of room to roam, relax, sit by the fire or play yard games. Multiple seating areas for different times of the day on the wrap around porch. The kitchen could use a little better cleaning, but the rest of the house and the beds, and TV room were enjoyed by all. We saw multiple deer and were even able to pick fresh eggs from their coop.

This property is perfect for a quiet getaway! It was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our book club to spread out and read or hangout together and binge a TV show. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions!

Was the perfect scene for our Thanksgiving family getaway. The cabin was spacious, clean, and secluded, which was everything we were looking for. Spring- If you enjoy trout fishing, Spring is the time for you! The spring hatches keep the fish biting all day!

Summer - secluded, pure driftless beauty all to yourself within 2 valleys and 3 hills surrounding you. Outcroppings untouched by the ice age are abundant. NO mosquitos thanks to the well drained landscape as you sit by the fire.

Fall- My personal favorite season in the Driftless! Beautiful fall colors to surround you during your stay! As well as Wineries and Orchards cooking up the year's harvest!

Winter - With snow, the views are breathtaking. Cross country ski, snowshoe, sledding - have a blast!
