On m’a communiqué un mauvais code pour entrer dans le logement. Après plusieurs tentatives, appel au service client (qui était fermé alors que c’est une entrée autonome 24H/24), je me suis retrouvée à la rue en plein Paris à 23h30 avec mes 2 enfants. Très difficile de trouver un hôtel. A 2h30 du matin nous avions enfin trouver un hôtel. Le lendemain matin j’appelle le service client qui admet que j’ai eu un mauvais code. J’accède enfin à l’appartement au rez de chaussée dans la cour intérieure des poubelles. Les containers de tout l’immeuble étaient collés à ma porte! J’entre dans l’appartement infesté de blattes. Un dégoût, une horreur! J’ai appelé le service client qui n’a rien fait. Après insistance ils me proposent de me rembourser la nuit où je n’ai pas pu rentrer dans le logement (l’hôtel que j’ai du prendre au dernier moment était 2 fois plus cher…) et en compensation du préjudice de me rembourser les frais de ménage. Aujourd’hui je sui encore en train d’essayer d’obtenir ce maudit remboursement, ils ignorent mes e-mails et je n’ai rien reçu à ce jour. En plus d’avoir logé dans un appartement insalubre je n’ai eu AUCUN dédommagement. Je ne compte pas en rester là. Je ne recommande PAS DU TOUT ce site et surtout pas l’appartement 43 rue Montcalm à Paris, FUYEZZZZ !!! Ils ont gâché mes vacances avec mes enfants !!! Une honte !
