Sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom. On the lower ground-floor, there is a snug with Smart TV, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bathroom. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size with en-suites and two twins (only one twin bedroom has a zip/link, can be super-king-size upon request). Travel cot and highchair available. Enclosed rear multi-level garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: No stag/hen parties. Pooley Bridge has many traditional inns and tempting tea rooms, plus the Ullswater Steamers depart from the village, from where a tranquil cruise down the lake to the villages of Glenridding and Howtown can be enjoyed. There are numerous walks with breathtaking views nearby, plus a short walk up to Dunmallard Hill reveals fascinating Iron-Age remains, whilst the towns of Penrith and Keswick are within driving distance.
