Sea View enjoys impressive views over sandhills out to sea, with mountains, Anglesey and Puffin Island in the distance. The entrance to the property is reached via an external staircase. The lovely apartment in a private estate is spread over three floors and the first floor contains a family bathroom, with shower over a curved bath, toilet, and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet. The bedroom on this floor has twin beds, with a double or three single beds on request resulting in one bed in top room. This room has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table, mirrors, USB charging (in common with the other bedrooms) and lovely views.
The main bedroom features a kingsize bed, wardrobe, dressing table, romantic lighting and bluetooth audio unit. Through double doors you will be taken with the view, enjoyed from the kitchen or while relaxing in front of the wood burner. This stylish and modern open living space provides a well-equipped kitchen with solid beech breakfast bar.
The living area has comfortable sofas, and wood burner. You can access a library of films showing local attractions, while relaxing under remotely controlled, mood lighting. The floor to ceiling glass doors almost bring the coastline into the room and give access to the suntrap balcony from where you can enjoy a 180-degree seascape. The third bedroom - twin or double- is reached via a steep, open staircase; Smart TV/DVD, hatch doors and great views across the bay create the perfect escape or loft den (restricted headroom).
Play golf at two courses within a mile; cycle tracks, the beach and Deganwy are a few minutes walk. In the village enjoy independent shops, café, and restaurants. Llandudno, Conwy and its castle, are a short drive or train ride away. Being 2 miles from A55, Sea View is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the North Wales coast has to offer with Anglesey and Snowdownia easily within reach.
A railway track passes in front of the property, it is fairly quiet, trains are few. Parking is tight, there is an allocated space for 1 middle sized car or 2 small cars parked neatly behind each other. There is further parking on public roads outside the estate. The upper part of the Deganwy beach is stony. Deganwy Train Station is only a ½ mile walk from the property.
