Excellent location for walking to Poole, a spritely 10 minutes. The views from the balcony are to die for. Sandbanks and Swanich are a short drive and the chain driven ferry is cool. Lots of lovely places to eat in Poole, would recommend St Tropez and Rockfish.

Brilliant position and views. Large balcony a bonus. Secure car parking very good. Would definitely stay here again.
