The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee .

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The location of the villa was perfect and the pool is probably the best pool weve had with a villa.

The location of the villa was perfect and the pool is probably the best pool weve had with a villa. Very safe for our 3 year old grandson with fence and gates. The outside space for eating was perfect, large and shaded with lovely table and chairs. Being all on one level suited the family and all rooms were large so provided plenty of space for us all.

In need of updating

Pool was excellent but the loungers are very old, worn & extremely uncomfortable. Villa facilities really need updating & some areas need additional cleaning. Crockery & cutlery needs updating. Wifi was good. A basic welcome pack would be really useful given the lack of local shops.

We knew property was behind hotel so no great views. Very dated, certainly needs new pool furniture. Kitchen equipment very poor, nothing matches, and a lack of basics (eg no chopping board). Good maid service, well cleaned and good communication.

Pool was cleaned several times a week. Location very quiet but still within walking distance to the harbor. Parking was always available on the street. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The one in the nursery was a bit weak; but worked. Induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine are all available and clean. We have had that differently in other houses. Contact with maintenance staff fast and friendly. They speak English. Good organization.

Taken photos and videos..The villa should not have been let at that specific time.been building a supermarket next door for a year..dust was terrible.so bad as we couldn’t use out side. Had to pay the hotel across the road to use t their facilities.The villa was in a bad state of affairs.asked to be moved from the first day .couldn’t get a flight home.miserable time
