The studio apartment is located just 150 meters from Riells beach and the seafront with bars, restaurants, shops. This is a compact and comfortable space with everything you need for a carefree holiday: a comfortable mattress and pillows, a Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, a dining table, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi. The studio has its own bathroom with a shower. There is a parking lot in the courtyard of the house, where you can easily park your car. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. 150 meters away there is a supermarket and a stop of a walking train, on which you can easily get to any area and parks of the city, as well as the village of San Marti de Empuries and Mongo Bay.
