Gorgeous 62 Acre Island Estate - 10 Bedrooms in 2 Buildings

10 Bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms. Sleep up to 22.

Stay in the 7 bedroom and 3 bedroom guest houses of "The Ever After Estate," a massive 62 acre privately gated island home featured on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes," The Today Show's website, countless specials, and more!

You'll have unrestricted access to our custom built mini golf course, sports courts, fishing, Connect Four Basketball, & beautiful tree-covered grounds-- There are even motorized carousel rides (for kids)!


The two guest houses are about 300+ feet from the main house and there plenty of trees for privacy (see arial photos). Most rental homes have neighbors MUCH closer than that!

You'll be able to use the main house's waterfall pool, hot tub, and super fast WATERSLIDE--daily until 11pm! It even has a high-end dropdown motorized 126" movie screen for poolside cinema! The waterslide is FAST, fun... and guests can't seem to get enough of it!

In the past, guests have only been able to rent the ENTIRE island for thousands per night. Much of the year, the owners live there and they'd only rent it out during the 60-70 nights per year that they travel....BUT now, as their kids (who grew up on the island) have now gone off to college, they've decided to make it more affordable for others to enjoy this 62 acre paradise by making it possible for you to rent out "just" the two guest houses (10 bedrooms total) while the owners continue stay out far off in the main house.

Everything was wonderful. The rooms/beds/linens were all very comfrotable and the guest houses were kept clean. There was a colder than normal weekend during our stay (25 degrees) so we didn't get to enjoy the pool area as much as we had hoped but everything was incrediable and the property manager was super helpful whenever we needed anything.

Clermont, Florida is nestled among a chain of more than a dozen interconnected freshwater lakes and is the only part of peninsular Florida that isn't flat. There are rolling hills and even a small mountain or two nearby! The locals are wonderful and we're right on the line between suburbia and "small town USA"--best of both worlds! Oh, and there are those gigantic theme parks you may have heard of...down the road....

What makes this property unique

This isn't just a typical vacation home. It's a 62 acre private, world-renowned island. Normally, we've only rented out the ENTIRE island for $2500-$4k per night but have now opened up the guest houses during certain seasons so that more people can experience this ultra private oasis at a lower cost!
